The refund of course fees will only occur if NATIONWIDE TRAINING ACADEMY is compelled to cancel a program and an acceptable alternative cannot be offered. If a student withdraws from a course a minimun 2 working days before its start date, NATIONWIDE TRAINING ACADEMY will refund the client's fee less a $10.00 administration charge. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. Students unable to attend a courses for a valid reason may, at the discretion of the organisation,be offered a place in an equivalent course of study.

If a Student withdraws from the course within the two (2) day period prior to the commencement of the course, a further fee of $15.00 will be retained by the organisation. NATIONWIDE TRAING ACADEMY reserves the right to not refund any part of acourse fee if an applicant fails to attend a course without sufficient notice.
